Davido Adeleke aka O.B.O appears to be having serious drama with the mother of his child Sophie Momodu who happens to be Dele Momodu's niece.The A-list Nigerian singer took to his social media to explain series of events that occured between him and the Momodu's amongst them that his daughter Imade was not receiving proper care from her mother Sophie thus requiring that his daughter needing to be flown out for treatment.His little child contracted cannabis from her mother's breast milk. 16-yr Old Commits Suicide After Being Raped As Punishment

A 16-year-old girl in India was found hanging on Christmas day after apparently taking her life. She had been kidnapped and gang-raped as punishment for her mother winning a local election. She went to the police with her mother to report the matter but she wasn't taken seriously. Feeling humiliated and traumatised, she took her own life. It was only after her death that police swung into action and arrested two suspects.
The Socialist Party candidate in Mirzapur, Arvind Sen, said that the girl was gang-raped to avenge the poll defeat, allegedly by relatives of a losing candidate.
Her mother was elected for the local government faction, the block development council, in the Mirzapur district of north-east India.
However, a senior police officer told said that a post-mortem report did not find signs of rape.
The latest incident is the latest high-profile case to spotlight women's safety in India in recent years. Two construction workers were arrested for the rape of a woman on the premises of tech giant, Infosys. The men, aged in their 20s, filmed the alleged assault, which occurred on Sunday at one of the IT firm's offices in the western city of Pune in Maharashtra state, officers said.
It comes a week after lawmakers passed a bill allowing harsher punishments for juveniles aged 16-18 following an outcry over the release of a young rapist who served three years in a detention facility for his part in a notorious gang rape in 2012.
Earlier this month, an Indian court sentenced seven men to death after they were convicted of the rape and murder of a Nepalese woman suffering from mental illness, reports said.

'Affluenza' Teenager Detained In Mexico Weeks After Disappearing

Authorities said a Texas teenager serving probation for killing four people in a drunken-driving wreck after invoking an “affluenza” defense was in custody in Mexico, weeks after he and his mother disappeared.
Mexico's Jalisco state prosecutors’ office said in a statement that its agents had been working with American authorities via the U.S. Consulate in Guadalajara since Dec. 26 to track down and capture 18-year-old Ethan Couch and his mother, Tonya Couch. The office said the two were located and detained Monday evening in a beachside neighborhood of the Pacific Coast resort city of Puerto Vallarta.
After their detention, they were handed over to Mexican immigration authorities for deportation, the statement said.
During the sentencing phase of Couch's trial, a defense expert argued that Couch's wealthy parents coddled him into a sense of irresponsibility — a condition the expert termed “affluenza.” The condition is not recognized as a medical diagnosis by the American Psychiatric Association, and its invocation drew widespread ridicule.The Tarrant County District Attorney's office also told local media outlets that the two had been taken into custody. A spokesperson for the office could not immediately be reached by The Associated Press for further comment.
Authorities began searching for the pair after Ethan Couch failed to keep a mandatory appointment with his probation officer on Dec. 10, leading authorities to issue the juvenile equivalent of an arrest warrant for him.
Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson has said he believes the two fled in late November after a video surfaced that appears to show Couch at a party where people were drinking. If found to be drinking, Couch's probation could be revoked and he could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.
There was no immediate comment Monday night from the U.S. Marshals Service, which had issued a wanted poster promising a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Ethan Couch's whereabouts and capture.
Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson said Monday at a news conference that the warrant would be issued for Tonya Couch on charges of hindering and apprehension.
Anderson said it appears Tony and Ethan Couch planned their disappearance and even held something of a going-away party.
In June 2013 at age 16, Ethan Couch was driving drunk and speeding on a dark two-lane road south of Fort Worth when he crashed into a disabled SUV off to the side, killing four people and injuring several others, including passengers in Couch's pickup truck.
Couch pleaded guilty to four counts of intoxication manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault causing serious bodily injury. Because of his age, he wasn't certified as an adult for trial and a judge sentenced him in juvenile court to 10 years' probation and a stint in a rehabilitation center.
Anderson was among those critical of the judge's decision not to incarcerate Couch. The sheriff said that the teen has never expressed remorse for his actions and that his case sparked more outrage than any other Anderson has encountered in his law enforcement career.

A young Naval Officer was in a terrible car accident, but due to the heroics of the hospital staff the only permanent injury was the loss of one ear. Since he wasn’t physically impaired he remained in the military and eventually became an Admiral. However, during his career he was always sensitive about his appearance. One day the Admiral was interviewing two Navy Master Chiefs and a Marine Gunnery Sergeant for his personal staff. The first Master Chief was a Surface Navy type and it was a great interview. At the end of the interview the Admiral asked him, “Do you notice anything different about me?” The Master Chief answered, “Why yes. I couldn’t help but notice you are missing your starboard ear, so I don’t know whether this impacts your hearing on that side.” The Admiral got very angry at this lack of tact and threw him out of his office. The next candidate, an Aviation Master Chief, when asked this same question, answered, “Well yes, you seem to be short one ear.” The Admiral threw him out also. The third interview was with the Marine Gunnery Sergeant . He was articulate, extremely sharp, and seemed to know more than the two Master Chiefs put together. The Admiral wanted this guy, but went ahead with the same question. “Do you notice anything different about me?” To his surprise the Gunnery Sergeant said, “Yes. You wear contact lenses.” The Admiral was impressed and thought to himself, what an incredibly tactful Marine. “And how do you know that?” the Admiral asked. The Gunny replied, “Well sir, it’s pretty hard to wear glasses with only one ear.”

Woman Escapes Being Killed By An Islamic Cleric For Rituals In Lagos

On Tuesday, residents of Big Daddy Street in the Atinplome, Bagadry area of Lagos State stormed an uncompleted building in the area, which they suspected to be a ritual killer’s den, after a lady ran out of the building crying for help.
It was learnt that while a carnival was going on in the area, a woman in her late 20s, whose name is unknown, ran into the party with her throat partly slashed and blood streaming down the length of her body at about 2am.The lady, who later became unconscious told the crowd that an Alfa, identified as Mallam Sheu, had tricked her into the uncompleted structure before slitting her throat with a knife. She was rushed to the hospital and the matter reported to the Police.
It was learnt that in the morning, more residents went into the scene of the crime and they said they found bloodstains, old clothes, charms and ladies’ clothes inside the structure.
A resident who identified herself as Mummy Eso, said youths in the area attempted to burn the uncompleted building in the afternoon, because they thought that the lady had died of her injuries.
Mummy Eso a resident there said:
“There was commotion in our area in the midnight when boys holding a street party saw the girl bleeding from the throat. The girl, who just managed to speak, pointed to the structure and said an alfa had attempted to kill her, but she managed to escape.
“One of her hands had also been tampered with. So, the youths became furious and headed for the uncompleted building. Some policemen, who were also on guard duties at the carnival were informed about the incident and they went too. But information had got to the man, and he escaped before they could arrest him.
“Since morning, people have been coming to the area to check the building. They attempted to burn it in the afternoon.”
Another resident, identified as Akeem Ajao, who visited the building, said the youths found old bloodstains, clothes and charms.
He said:
“The lady ran into the carnival with blood streaming out of her body. One of those at the carnival saw her and came to her rescue. She said a man was in the house trying to slaughter her.
“We rushed the girl to a hospital, where she is now receiving treatment. We did not know that the alfa used the house to do evil works. The girl’s clothes were bloodstained. The police have also come to the area this morning.
“When I entered the house, I saw bloodstains, charms and a human bone was also in the man’s car – a Gulf 4 vehicle. It was the boys holding the carnival who noticed the girl.
“The girl’s neck was cut. Nobody knows the family of the girl involved. The man has run away from the area.”
It was gathered that the alfa had been having an affair with the lady, before he took her to the uncompleted building on the evening of the carnival.
The matter was said to have been reported at the Morogbo Police Division, and some policemen came to the scene, but the alfa had already fled the scene of the crime.

The incident is said to be a "wake up call" to Rob that he needs to get healthy.
