News of Justin Bieber and Kourtney Kardashian began to make the rounds after the two were spotted out together on several occasions that sparked romance speculation, and now, the 21-year-old singer is speaking out about the highly talked-about rumors.
In a Dec. 17 interview on radio program The Bert Show , airing on Wednesday, Biebs addressed the situation by jokingly responding to the headline with, "I'm being used, man. What can I say?"
He wouldn't discuss the matter any further, and instead when asked if anything was there, just said, "Nah, we'll leave it at that."
He did, however, add that he has nothing but love for the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who went through a very public breakup with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick over the summer.
"No, no, but for real, she's great," Bieber said. "I've known [the Kardashians] for years."
The singer also touched on his famous ex Selena Gomez, who recently released the super-sexy music video for her latest single "Hands to Myself" featuring hunky male model Christopher Mason .
"What is she trying to do to my heart right now? I'm just kidding. She loves me. I love her, too, always. Who's this guy? He's a joke! This guy's a chump," he began to say, before giving in and saying, "Nah, I guess he's pretty handsome actually. I can't even lie."On a more serious note, Bieber explained, "I just want her to be happy. I love [Selena]. We're friends still. We needed time to grow for ourselves and we were like, 'Maybe we'll come back together in the future,' and then it ended up being so long and we just grew apart and we're not the same people anymore."
And now, it seems like Justin has a new leading lady in his life. The celeb suggested that he and longtime friend Hailey Baldwin are taking things to another level by showing some serious PDA on Instagram with a smooch pic while on vacation.
"Hailey and Justin have a very tight relationship. They both are very close with each other's families and care very deeply about each other," a source told journalists recently. "Hailey's family has been there and supported Justin through his transition so Justin has a strong respect for them."
"He loves Hailey as a friend and considers her one of his best friends," the source added. "They both also have a strong attraction towards each other and this trip they have been having fun with their families, but also had some alone time. Hailey and Justin like to party and let loose and this romantic connection has always been there."

JUSTIN BIEBER AND KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN HAVE BEEN HOOKING UP FOR A WHILE (PHOTOS)
We don't think friendly catchups typically happen at that hour, but hey, who knows?
Kourt also attended Justin's AMAs party in November, held at — you guessed it! — The Nice Guy. But during that night out, she left with Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble — who is also Justin's road manager — instead of with Justin himself.

Kylie Jenner Discuss Relationship With Justin Bieber
2015 hasn't even ended yet, but the 18-year-old E! star has nabbed the cover of Elle U.K. 's February issue. Inside the pages the reality TV star doesn't reveal her New Year's resolutions, but being more forward with personal information might be involved because she gets candid about fame and how it affects the relationships she has with certain people in her life. Kylie Jenner is definitely kicking off 2016 in a big way.
As a victim of cyber bullying, Kylie felt compelled to try and help others who have suffered the same fate, so she launched #IAmMoreThan. "I came up with the idea because I feel like being a teenage girl and growing up in the spotlight, online bullying is kind of inevitable. I'm OK with that," she explains.
"It hurts me still but I can handle it and I know it comes with the lifestyle, and it's just mean people on the Internet doing what they do. But I just wanted to find real people with real stories about their bullying and how they overcame it.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also gives thanks to Justin Bieber for helping her get through some of her toughest times. Both having grown up in the spotlight, Justin and Kylie know a thing or two about dealing with the pressure. "I'm so close to him because I feel like he's been through exactly what I've been through in a completely different way but very similar," she tells the magazine. "So, he's just...he just...he gets me, and every time I see him he always sits me down and is like, 'Are you OK? You're amazing. You can get through this, just stay true to your-self.'
"He helps me a lot."
Her relationship with Caitlyn Jenner has also grown better over the past year. With Caitlyn living life openly, Kylie tells Elle U.K. that they get along better than ever. "It's an honest relationship, you know? I feel like you can't build a strong relationship if there are secrets," she says. "Everything's out in the open and now we're closer. I feel like we want to hang out more. I think there was always something on her mind before she transitioned."
Kylie Jenner received more Instagram likes than any of her family members
While fans can get intimate glimpses into Kylie's life on Instagram, Snapchat and her app, the youngest Jenner says that it won't be that way forever. As a major hit on Instagram, Kylie reveals that once she has a family of her own she'll be shutting her social media presence down. "Once I have a kid I'm not going to be on Instagram," she admits.
"You know, I'll probably delete my Instagram and just…I don't know, live life."
Even though Kylie finally admitted to receiving lip fillers as a result of her insecurities, she further explains to the magazine that just because she rocks a plumper pout doesn't mean she forgot about the past. "I was so insecure about my lips. Even now I always post photos where my finger is always in front of my mouth… it's a habit: I would always cover my lips," she confesses. "I couldn't even talk to people. Or guys. Like, [I'd be thinking]: 'I know you're looking at my lips, but you so don't want to kiss me right now.'"
Now that she's dating Tyga , it's clear Kylie found someone who wants to kiss her.

Justin Bieber Pleads Guilty To Assault And Careless Driving In Canada
The singer's attorney tells Newsmen that there
was a resolution today in the outstanding
assault and careless driving charges in
Stratford, Ontario.
Bieber was involved in a collision between a
minivan and ATV on Aug. 29 of last year that
eventually resulted in a physical altercation
between him and the other driver. At the time,
Bieber's lawyer, Brian Greenspan, released a
statement that said his client's weekend "was
unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome
presence of paparazzi."
"This has regrettably resulted in charges of
dangerous driving and assault," he said.
Biebs pleaded guilty (meaning he
acknowledged responsibility but it's not a
criminal conviction) to common assault for a
run-in with a paparazzo back in August. He
essentially acknowledged he made contact
with the photographer, noting that it was a
spontaneous and short-lived reaction.
The shutterbug had come to Justin's father's
home which is a place of retreat and
peacefulness. The Stratford community has
always been respectful of Justin's privacy,
according to the lawyer, so the singer was
disappointed and upset, and that's when the
confrontation occurred.
According to Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney
General, Bieber "pleaded guilty and received an
absolute discharge" to the dangerous driving
charge and "pleaded guilty and received a
$750 fine" to the careless driving charge when
he appeared before the judge by video (he was
in Los Angeles while the judge was in Ontario)
Thursday.
The conclusion of this case brings a close to
all legal matters for Justin (yay!).
In related news (kinda), Bieber also made
headlines for leaving a hilarious comment on
fellow Canadian Drake's sexy Instagram snap.
The rapper posted a shirtless photo to flaunt
his abs (OK, we see you Drizzy), and Biebs
reportedly commented, "damn daddy."

Justin Bieber Found Guilty Of Assault From 2014 Incident
Justin Bieber was found guilty on Thursday of
assault and careless driving. The charges
stemmed from an incident that happened in
August 2014 in which Bieber was arrested after
his ATV collided with a minivan that belonged
to a Paparazzi who was taking pictures of him
and his then girlfriend -Selena Gomez near
Stratford in Ontario, Canada.
Bieber appeared in a Canadian court via
Skype. The singer was in the office of his
lawyer, Howard Weitzman, when he pled guilty
to simple assault and careless driving.
The judge warned Bieber, "The lesson in all of
this is to think before you act in the future."
Bieber was fined $750 in Canadian dollars
(about $600 in U.S. dollars) for the careless
driving charge. For the assault charge, he
received an absolute discharge. He didn't get
any jail time or probation just the fine.

Looks Like Bieber Is In Trouble Again?
Justin Bieber's former neighbour
claims in a lawsuit filed on Thursday that the
pop singer spit in his face and terrorized his
family with loud parties, drug use and
aggressive driving.
The lawsuit over Bieber's behavior while living
in a gated community in the celebrity enclave of
Calabasas seeks more than $25k in damages
for assault and battery, trespassing and
infliction of emotional distress claims.
Jeffrey Schwartz and his wife, Suzanne, filed
the lawsuit nearly two years after he claims
Bieber spit on him during a dispute over the
singer's fast driving in their neighborhood. The
lawsuit cites damage to the Schwartzes' home
caused after Bieber threw eggs at it last year.
Bieber, 21, was charged with vandalism and
remains on probation. But he has since repaid
the family roughly $80k in restitution for the
damage he caused.
The complaint also cites loud parties and
frequent marijuana use while Bieber lived next
door as causing the Schwartz family emotional
distress.
The singer's publicist Melissa Victor did not
immediately return an email seeking comment.
After Bieber bought the home in 2012, his
bodyguards hurled anti-Semitic insults at
Schwartz, and the singer's fans even targeted
the family with threats and ridiculing messages,
the lawsuit states.
"During his continued residence at the property
... Mr. Bieber and his employees, agents and
acquaintances continued to harass, threaten
and intimidate plaintiffs and their family at
every opportunity without justification, basis,
reason or excuse," the lawsuit states.
The lawsuit was first reported by celebrity
website TMZ.
Bieber was the subject of a Comedy Central
roast on Saturday and used the opportunity to
deliver a contrite speech after years of bad
behavior offstage.
"I've lost some of my best qualities. For that, I
am sorry," he said. "I'm looking forward to
being someone who you guys can all look at
and be proud of."

Justin Bieber And Hailey Baldwin Go Out To Dinner
Have Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin taken
their friendship to the next level?
The 20-year-old pop star and 18-year-old
model, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin,
have sparked dating rumors for weeks. They
have previously said they're friends. On Friday,
the day after Christmas, they were seen out
alone at the Mr. Chow Chinese restaurant in
New York. As they left the posh eatery, Bieber
smiled and held what appeared to be a plate
against his face.
Hailey met Bieber at his home and they were
then driven by a chauffeur to the restaurant, E!
News has learned. The two looked like a
couple, an eyewitness said, adding that Hailey
brought a gift for the singer. The two spent
more than an hour at the restaurant and then
headed to a movie theater, where they
watched The Gambler, a crime thriller starring
Mark Wahlberg.
The pair later returned to Bieber's residence
and Hailey stayed the night, the eyewitness
told E! News. On Saturday morning, the two
were seen at a diner in New Jersey.
Hailey and Bieber had previously dismissed
relationship rumors, despite being spotted
during the last few weeks having lunch in
Beverly Hills, shopping at Target, sitting
courtside at a Los Angeles Clippers game and
playing arcade games together. In November,
he joined her at her birthday party.
She told E! News in early December that she
has known the pop star since she was about
13.
"We've just been good friends over the years
and we have just stayed close and there's
nothing more to it than that," she said.
Bieber had said on Dec. 15 that he is "super
single" and called Hailey a "good friend."
The pop star was last linked romantically to
on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez,
who had also said in an interview with a
Norwegian radio station earlier this month that
she was not currently dating anyone.
