It's an instant sandwich makeover! These tasty
snacks make for a perfect lunch-box solution.
Ingredients
8 frozen crumbed chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup spreadable cream cheese
2 tblsps mild sweet chilli sauce
1 carrot
4 mountain bread wraps
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
Method
1. Place crumbed chicken breast tenders on a
lightly greased oven tray. Cook in a hot oven
(200C) for about 20 minutes, or until completely
cooked through. Remove and allow to cool
slightly.
2. Meanwhile, place cream cheese and sweet
chilli sauce in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
3. Peel and grate carrot.
4. To assemble, spread cheese and sauce mixture
evenly over mountain bread wraps. Place two
crumbed chicken breast tenders lengthways down
the centre of each wrap. Sprinkle with grated
carrot and shredded lettuce.
5. Starting at the end closest to you, fold one side
of wrap over filling, then fold over other side. Cut
each wrap in half.
