OK, now the whole Chris Brown - Karrueche
Tran thing is getting really confusing.
The on-again, off-again couple were seen on
Friday, the day after Christmas, walking what
appeared to be an American White Shepherd
puppy together in Beverly Hills, California.
Tran, 26, had a day earlier shared a picture of
the dog on her Instagram page, writing,
"Christmas pup."
The two, who had some relationship drama
earlier this month, have not talked about the
status of their relationship...although the
answer may be on her hoodie, which reads,
"Yes." Tran's rep declined to comment.
Just three weeks earlier, on Dec. 5, Brown, 25,
had announced on stage at the 2014 Cali
Christmas concert that he is "single." A day
later, Tran posted a cryptic message about a
breakup, without naming anyone, on
Instagram.
"I refuse to be repeatedly mistreated,
especially by someone who claims to love
me," she said.
Also that day, Brown shared his own cryptic
post about a breakup, then deleted it. On Dec.
7, he posted an apology.
"Everybody know I love that girl," he said,
without naming anyone. "I don't care how my
image look to the public because I'm still
gonna be the best at what I do. I just want
baby girl to know I apologize!"
Earlier this week, Tran shared another cryptic
post--an Instagram photo showing her
wearing two massive, sparkling rings,
including one on her fourth finger, although the
pic appears to show her right hand. The
image, which sparked engagement rumors,
has since been deleted.
Brown and Tran have dated on and off for over
the past few years. They split in March, the
month Brown went to jail after getting kicked
out of court-mandated rehab and after
violating his probation, stemming from his
2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna, by
getting arrested for assault in Washington,
D.C. During his sentence, which was shortened
to 80 days, Brown left Tran a sweet voicemail.
The two reconciled and packed on the PDA at
his release party after he was freed in June.
Two months later, they broke up again and
weeks after that, they were seen back

Have Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin taken
their friendship to the next level?
The 20-year-old pop star and 18-year-old
model, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin,
have sparked dating rumors for weeks. They
have previously said they're friends. On Friday,
the day after Christmas, they were seen out
alone at the Mr. Chow Chinese restaurant in
New York. As they left the posh eatery, Bieber
smiled and held what appeared to be a plate
against his face.
Hailey met Bieber at his home and they were
then driven by a chauffeur to the restaurant, E!
News has learned. The two looked like a
couple, an eyewitness said, adding that Hailey
brought a gift for the singer. The two spent
more than an hour at the restaurant and then
headed to a movie theater, where they
watched The Gambler, a crime thriller starring
Mark Wahlberg.
The pair later returned to Bieber's residence
and Hailey stayed the night, the eyewitness
told E! News. On Saturday morning, the two
were seen at a diner in New Jersey.
Hailey and Bieber had previously dismissed
relationship rumors, despite being spotted
during the last few weeks having lunch in
Beverly Hills, shopping at Target, sitting
courtside at a Los Angeles Clippers game and
playing arcade games together. In November,
he joined her at her birthday party.
She told E! News in early December that she
has known the pop star since she was about
13.
"We've just been good friends over the years
and we have just stayed close and there's
nothing more to it than that," she said.
Bieber had said on Dec. 15 that he is "super
single" and called Hailey a "good friend."
The pop star was last linked romantically to
on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez,
who had also said in an interview with a
Norwegian radio station earlier this month that
she was not currently dating anyone.
The sooner you try out these tips, the more

1. Activity compensates for extra calories
Give yourself the gift of 30 minutes of exercise
a day. In addition to burning calories, exercise

likely to eat to control holiday stress.
2. H20, H20, H20
A little water goes a long way – small sips
throughout the day are a smart way to keep
well hydrated. It acts as a shock absorber and
joint lubricant, helps to transport nutrients and
eliminate waste, and works in regulating body
temperature. Even better, water has no fat, no
calories and no cholesterol.
3. Be a food snob
Don’t waste precious calories on everyday
chips or biscuits. Be selective and choose only
the foods you really love, or that you associate
with the season.
4. Bundle flavours
Variety might be the spice of life, but it is also a
recipe for overeating. Bundle together similar
flavours. For instance, put only salty (or meaty)
foods on your plate at once. You will grow tired
of that specific flavour more quickly and end up
feeling satisfied on fewer calories.
5. Pare down those portions
Try to keep your portions small and make only
one visit to the table. Choose the smallest plate
possible. Pile greens and other tasty veggies on
your plate first, leaving just a little room for
those high-calorie treats like sweets and
cheeses. Eat small, lower-calorie meals during
the day so you can enjoy a special treat later –
just make sure you do not starve yourself for
the party and overeat later.
6. Step away from the table
If you don’t put your choices on a plate, you
have no idea how much you are really eating.
The worst thing you can do at a party is stand
around the table dipping into the bowl.
7. Drink slimmer
Alcohol is a double whammy during the
holidays. It tends to weaken your resistance
when it comes to eating, and the calories in
drinks add up quickly. Sip on a glass of water
between cocktails.
8. “I paid for it, so I’m going to eat it”
Don’t feel as if you need to clean your plate just
because you paid for it. Put part of your meal
right away into a take-home container. Portion
sizes in restaurants can be two to three times
the amount you need. Instead of the usual
starch and vegetable sides, skip the starch and
double the veggies instead. Stop eating as
soon as you begin to feel full.
9. Zen Yourself
Holidays can be stressful. Keep expectations
for the holiday season manageable. Organise
your time and make a list and prioritise the
important activities. Be realistic about what you
can and cannot do. And don’t forget to
schedule some down time to relax.
10. Slip, don’t slide
If you eat three helpings of mashed potatoes
and half a pie, all is not lost. Rather than
polishing off the rest, learn from your slip-up.

Barcelona a winning start to their Champions

convincing 1-0 victors at home to Cypriots APOEL

Enrique made nine changes from the side that

The number of changes appeared to affect

A 25-year-old man, Kayode Akanni, of
Pedepo Village in Ayetoro has been
arrested for defiling a three -year- old
girl.The suspect was
said to have tricked the victim into his
room, before he defiled her, damaging
her private parts.
The command spokesman, Mr. Muyiwa
Adejobi, said it was the injuries
inflicted on the girl that exposed
Akanni.This, he said, made her parents
to report the matter to the police and
the suspect was promptly arrested.The
suspect, he added, had confessed to the
crime.He said,
“During police interrogation, it was
discovered that the suspect tricked
the young and innocent baby into
his room by telling her to bring to
him a bunch of keys outside the
room.It was after that he had
unlawful carnal knowledge of the
girl.The suspect has confessed to
the crime, while the victim has
been taken to hospital for
treatment.”
The Synagogue Church of all Nations has
released an official statement via their Facebook
page on the building collapse within their
premises on Friday September 12th which has
so far claimed over 77 lives. They say it was an
attack on the church and in particular, their
leader, T.B Joshua and have vowed to reveal the

The pain of one is the pain of all. It is
indeed a sad and painful moment for the
families and friends who have lost loved
ones. It is equally so for us in The
Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (The
SCOAN), under the leadership of Prophet
T.B. Joshua.
On Friday, September 12, 2014, at about
12:44pm, one of the buildings on The
SCOAN property unexpectedly collapsed,
tragically resulting in death and injury.
Nigerians and citizens of other nations
were affected. This incident was preceded
by the appearance of a strange aircraft
which flew very low over the building four
times and then disappeared.
Since the day of this incident, The
Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, its
members and partners, have worked in
collaboration with the Nigerian, South
African and other nations’ authorities to
ensure that survivors are rescued, attended
to with the best medical treatment, cared
for in the most humane and hospitable
manner and reunited with their families,
while those who passed on - martyrs of
the Kingdom of God - are retrieved,
identified and treated respectfully.
Amongst those we are working hand-in-
hand with, are: The Federal Government of
Nigeria, the Government of the Republic of
South Africa, Lagos State Government, the
National Emergency Management Agency
(NEMA), the Lagos State Emergency
Management Agency (LASEMA), the Lagos
State Ministry of Health - doctors and
nurses, the Standard Organization of
Nigeria (SON), the Red Cross, the Nigeria
Police Force and various Non-governmental
and humanitarian organisations and
construction and engineering corporations.
"It is very sad that inaccurate reports are
coming from some quarters that we are not
cooperating with the rescue teams and
other agencies in collating information and
providing assistance on the incident.
Contrary to this, we want to categorically
state that the church has provided
assistance when and where required and
continues to do so - good Christians are
good citizens.
We emphasise our commitment to
cooperate with all relevant authorities in
establishing the cause of the collapse of
the building.
The church views this tragedy as part of an
attack on The Synagogue, Church Of All
Nations and in particular, Prophet T.B.
Joshua. In due course, God will reveal the
perpetrators of this unfortunate tragedy.
"We wish to express our gratitude to all
who continue to work tirelessly, show their
solidarity and share their condolences in
this grievous time, particularly all
Government and non-Governmental bodies
mentioned above, Diplomatic Missions,
National and International media houses,
